  • Stick blender (Indian)


  • 1 cup Mango chopped
  • 1 cup Curd
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • ½ teaspoon cardamom powder
  • 10-12 saffron
  • 5-6 ice cubes
  • ½ cup water


  • Chop Mangoes after rinsing them 3-4 times in water.
  • Now add these chopped mangoes to the blender and add sugar.
  • Blend them together till smooth and make mango pulp to be used in making mango lassi.
  • Now to this mango pulp add chilled yogurt/curd, water, cardamom powder, saffron and ice cubes.
  • Blend for 30 seconds to one minute till all the ingredients are mixed evenly and there is a smooth mixture.
  • Mango Lassi is ready.
  • Pour chilled mango lassi into glasses and top with chopped nuts and chopped mangoes.
