Ingredients

Mango
chopped

Curd

cardamom powder

Instructions
Chop Mangoes after rinsing them 3-4 times in water.
Now add these chopped mangoes to the blender and add sugar.
Blend them together till smooth and make mango pulp to be used in making mango lassi.
Now to this mango pulp add chilled yogurt/curd, water, cardamom powder, saffron and ice cubes.
Blend for 30 seconds to one minute till all the ingredients are mixed evenly and there is a smooth mixture.
Mango Lassi is ready.
Pour chilled mango lassi into glasses and top with chopped nuts and chopped mangoes.
