  • 1 head romaine lettuce chopped finely
  • 20 bread croutons
  • 15 grams Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

For Caesar Salad Dressing

  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • ½ teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 1 lemon
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Prepare the dressing:

  • In a bowl combine mayonnaise and all other dressing ingredients and blend until dressing is completely smooth.
  • Add 2 tablespoons of hot water to help easy blending.

Making Caesar Salad

  • Tear the lettuce leaves into large pieces into a bowl.
  • Place bread croutons over salad leaves.
  • Drizzle casear salad dressing generously over lettuce and croutons and garnish with shaved parmesan.
  • You can also grate some cheddar cheese if you wish to.
