- 1 head romaine lettuce chopped finely
- 20 bread croutons
- 15 grams Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
For Caesar Salad Dressing
- Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoon Mayonnaise
- ½ teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste
Making Caesar Salad
Tear the lettuce leaves into large pieces into a bowl.
Place bread croutons over salad leaves.
Drizzle casear salad dressing generously over lettuce and croutons and garnish with shaved parmesan.
You can also grate some cheddar cheese if you wish to.
