Ingredients

  • 4 Bread or 2 jumbo sandwich bread slices
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard
  • teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 Jalapeno

Instructions

  • In a bowl combine mayonnaise, mustard, salt and black pepper.
  • Hard boil eggs and chop them. Here's how to make perfectly boil eggs.
  • Mix chopped eggs with prepared mayo mix and combine well.
  • Now spread the eggs salad mixture evenly on one slice of bread.
  • Cover this with another slice of bread press it gently to seal the filling.
  • Cut it into smaller triangles or finger size sandwiches.
  • Serve with a cup of tea.

Which bread to use for making Tea Sandwich?
Use soft white sandwich bread or brown sandwich bread for making tea sandwich. Make sure to remove the crust of bread.
