Ingredients
  

  • 2 sheets Rice paper
  • Olive oil cooking spray
  • Seasonings of choice salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, etc.

Instructions
 

  • Apply water on the rice paper place it on a flat surface and then cover with another wet rice paper.
  • Cut Rice Paper: Slice rice paper sheets into chip-sized pieces using a sharp knife or pizza cutter.
  • Season: Lightly spray or brush the rice paper with olive oil. Sprinkle your chosen seasonings evenly.
  • Air Fry: Place the seasoned pieces in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook at 390°F (200°C) for 4-6 minutes or until golden and crispy.
