Apple Iced Tea Recipe - Homemade Apple Iced Tea

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Apple sliced
  • 300 ml water filtered water
  • 250 ml apple juice
  • 2-3 tsp tea leaves
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice extracted
  • 2 lemon cut into wedges
  • 2 tsp Honey Optional
  • mint leaves
  • Lots of ice

Instructions
 

  • Heat water in a pan. While heating water take care to not boil it completely just before boiling add tea leaves and allow the tea leaves to steep and sit in hot water for 3 minutes.
  • After that, strain it using a tea filter. Cool the liquid for 20 minutes and add lemon juice and honey if you are using it. Add ice cubes or refrigerate to cool it completely.
  • To make apple iced tea, add apple slices and lemon wedges in the jar. Also, add crushed mint leaves.
  • Pour apple juice, add the ice cubes and then pour the iced tea.
  • Garnish with mint and more apple slices if you want. The chilled glass of refreshing Apple Iced tea is ready. Enjoy!
