A delicious and healthy breakfast with crusty sourdough bread topped with avocado and a handful of ingredients. Literally, one of the easiest and best breakfasts you can make in 5 minutes.

- 2 slice Sourdough Bread
- 1 Avocado
- 1/2 teaspoon toasted Sesame seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon black sesame seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon Chilli flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon flaky sea salt
- 1/5 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 teaspoon Basil
- 1 teaspoon cilantro
Cut Avocado into two half and remove the pit. Take one half and while holding it together thinly slice it. Do not separate the avocado slices yet.
Toast Sourdough bread slice in a toaster or on the pan after applying olive oil or butter. Toast it till golden brown from both sides.
Now place the sliced avocado over toasted bread and slightly spread it like a fan.
Now sprinkle some sesame seeds, black sesame, sea salt flakes and lemon zest. You have a delicious breakfast ready in minutes.
- If you are making mashed avocado toast do not directly mash it over toast. That will make the toast soggy.
- To Make Keto friendly avocado toast use keto bread.
If you like to make it gluten-free use a gluten-free bread.
