  • ½ cup raw pumpkin seeds pepitas
  • ¼ cup chia seeds
  • ¼ cup ground flaxseed
  • 2 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 tsp Ceylon Cinnamon true cinnamon
  • 1 pinch sea salt

How To Make Bariatric Seed Trick Recipe

  • Toast pumpkin seeds in a dry skillet over medium heat, stirring, 4–5 min until they pop.
    ½ cup raw pumpkin seeds
  • Cool + Mix: Tip seeds into a bowl, let cool 2 min. Stir in chia, flax, lemon zest, cinnamon, and salt.
    ¼ cup chia seeds, ¼ cup ground flaxseed, 2 tsp lemon zest, 1 tsp Ceylon Cinnamon, 1 pinch sea salt
  • Grind All of these together till fine powder.
  • Store in an airtight jar up to 3 weeks.

How to use the mix (the Bariatric Seed ritual)

  • In The Morning: Stir 1 Tbsp bariatric seed mix into 250 ml warm water with a squeeze of lemon; wait 3 min for the chia to gel, then drink/chew

Bariatric Seed Drink Recipe

  • Mix together 1 Tbsp Bariatric seed mix you made above into 1cup (8oz) warm water. Add in 1 tsp fresh ginger grated, steep 3 min, stir in 1 tsp fresh lemon juice , sip slowly.
