- 1 apple cored and chopped, peel on
- 100 g spinach about 3 packed cups, about 3.5 oz
- 4 celery stalks chopped
- 1 inch ginger peeled
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- 10 cilantro
- 1 cup cold water 240 to 360 ml
- Ice optional
Add water to the blender. Add spinach and cilantro. Blend 15 to 20 seconds.
Add apple, celery, ginger, and lemon juice. Blend 45 to 60 seconds until smooth.
Add ice if desired and blend again. Serve immediately.
