Ingredients
  

  • 1 apple cored and chopped, peel on
  • 100 g spinach about 3 packed cups, about 3.5 oz
  • 4 celery stalks chopped
  • 1 inch ginger peeled
  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  • 10 cilantro
  • 1 cup cold water 240 to 360 ml
  • Ice optional

Instructions
 

  • Add water to the blender. Add spinach and cilantro. Blend 15 to 20 seconds.
  • Add apple, celery, ginger, and lemon juice. Blend 45 to 60 seconds until smooth.
  • Add ice if desired and blend again. Serve immediately.

  • For smoother texture, load blender with liquids first, then greens, then produce, then ice.
  • If too spicy, reduce ginger. If too sour, reduce lemon slightly.
