Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp ground ginger
  • 1 tbsp ground cardamom
  • ½ tbsp ground cloves
  • ½ tbsp ground nutmeg
  • ½ tbsp ground black pepper
  • 2 tbsp instant tea powder optional
  • ½ cup milk powder or non-dairy alternative
  • 2 tbsp sugar or preferred sweetener

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, whisk all ingredients until evenly combined.
  • Store in an airtight glass jar in a cool, dry place.
  • To make a chai latte: Stir 2–3 tsp of chai latte powder into 1 cup of hot milk (or milk alternative). Whisk or froth for creaminess.
  • For iced chai latte: Dissolve powder in 2 tbsp hot water, then pour over ice with cold milk.
