Ingredients
  

  • 40 g Sourdough
  • 15 g Cheddar cheese sliced
  • 1 tbsp Yellow bell pepper diced
  • 1 tbsp Red bell pepper diced
  • 20 g Tomato sliced
  • 1 tsp Butter

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Bread: Take two slices of sourdough bread and carefully cut a pocket into each slice using a pointed knife. This step might take a bit of practice to perfect.
