- 200 grams Mushrooms
- 1/2 tbsp Butter Unsalted
- Herbs Dried Oregano, Thyme, Fresh Parsley
- Salt
- 2 tbsp Heavy Cream
- 1/2 cup High-Protein Yogurt
- 2 slices Sourdough Bread
- Za'atar Optional
Wipe mushrooms with a damp paper towel and slice them evenly.
Melt ½ tablespoon of butter in a pan over medium heat.
Add the mushrooms and sauté for 5-7 minutes until golden. Season with salt and pepper.
Stir in ¼ cup of heavy cream and cook for 2-3 minutes until the mixture becomes creamy.
On the side, toast sourdough bread slices until crispy and golden.
Spread strained and whipped high-protein yogurt on each slice of toast.
Top with the creamy mushroom mixture.
Sprinkle with chilli flakes, za’atar, and dried oregano.
