Creamy Mushroom Toast

Ingredients
  

  • 200 grams Mushrooms
  • 1/2 tbsp Butter Unsalted
  • Herbs Dried Oregano, Thyme, Fresh Parsley
  • Salt
  • 2 tbsp Heavy Cream
  • 1/2 cup High-Protein Yogurt
  • 2 slices Sourdough Bread
  • Za'atar Optional

Instructions
 

  • Wipe mushrooms with a damp paper towel and slice them evenly.
  • Melt ½ tablespoon of butter in a pan over medium heat.
  • Add the mushrooms and sauté for 5-7 minutes until golden. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Stir in ¼ cup of heavy cream and cook for 2-3 minutes until the mixture becomes creamy.
  • On the side, toast sourdough bread slices until crispy and golden.
  • Spread strained and whipped high-protein yogurt on each slice of toast.
  • Top with the creamy mushroom mixture.
  • Sprinkle with chilli flakes, za’atar, and dried oregano.
  • Your high-protein Mushroom Toast is ready. Serve and enjoy!
