Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup water 240 ml warm or room-temp
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar (start with 1 tsp if new)
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice about 1/2 lemon
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon Ceylon preferred for frequent use
  • 1/2 tsp ginger Optional
  • 2-3 drops stevia

Instructions
 

  • Add water to a glass.
  • Stir in ACV and lemon juice.
  • Add cinnamon and stir 20–30 seconds.
  • Sip slowly. Rinse mouth with water afterward.
