Chocolate pudding Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • .3 cup hemp seeds
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup cacao powder
  • 1.5 tablespoons almond butter
  • 1 cup soy milk

Toppings (optional)

  • 1 inch Mango jelly
  • 2 tablespoon Strawberry pureed

Instructions
 

  • Mix all the ingredients for the chocolate pudding in the jar. Blend until smooth and enjoy
  • If you like you can use any toppings mentioned above
