Ingredients
  

  • 2 cucumbers English or pickling cucumbers work best
  • 1 cup White vinegar
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Whole Peppercorns
  • Dill

Instructions
 

  • Begin by thoroughly washing your cucumbers and slicing them into spears, slices, or coins, depending on your preference.
  • In a large jar, combine equal parts white vinegar and water. Add one teaspoon each ofkosher salt and sugar, adjusting to taste, and mix them.
  • Now add in cucumbers in the jars, ensuring they are completely submerged. Add peppercorns and mustard seeds. Stir well.
  • Seal the jar tightly and transfer it to the refrigerator.
  • You can enjoy them after an hour. For the best results Let the pickles marinate for at least 24 hours. They will continue to develop flavor over time.
