Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Idli/dosa batter
  • 1/4 cup Purple cabbage
  • 2 Green chillies
  • 1/4 cup Zucchini
  • 2 tablespoon Cilantro
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Flex Seeds
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil Olive Oil spray/

Instructions
 

  • Mix together cabbage, leftover idli batter, green chillies, salt.
  • Also add grated zucchini and chopped coriander/cilantro leaves.
  • Combine everything and make thick batter
  • Heat waffle press and spray with olive oil.
  • Pour batter in the cavity of waffle press.
  • Cover and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  • Serve onto a plate
