1 cup Idli/dosa batter 1/4 cup Purple cabbage 2 Green chillies 1/4 cup Zucchini 2 tablespoon Cilantro 1/4 teaspoon Salt 1 teaspoon Flex Seeds 1 teaspoon olive oil Olive Oil spray/
Mix together cabbage, leftover idli batter, green chillies, salt.
Also add grated zucchini and chopped coriander/cilantro leaves.
Combine everything and make thick batter
Heat waffle press and spray with olive oil.
Pour batter in the cavity of waffle press.
Cover and cook for 3-4 minutes.
Serve onto a plate
