Boil eggs and transfer to an ice bath. Once eggs are cool, peel them carefully.

Then using a sharp knife start making zig-zag incisions around the circumference by piercing through the egg at an angle.

Once its done all the way around the egg's circumference, gently separate the two halves to reveal the zig-zag edges.
