Ingredients
  

  • cup strawberries finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon monk fruit sweetener or maple syrup to taste optional
  • 1 teaspoon matcha powder
  • ¼ cup cold water
  • Ice
  • 3/4 cup almond milk or oat milk, regular milk

Instructions
 

  • Take chopped strawberries in a bowl and add monk fruit sweetener or maple to taste. then, mix and mash the strawberries.
  • Now, sift matcha powder through a strainer to remove lumps, add water to it and whisk it with a matcha whisk until it fully dissolves and forms a foamy layer on top.
  • Let's start layering ingredients in a glass by placing the strawberries at the bottom and fill the middle of the glass with ice. Then pour almond milk and fill up to two-thirds of the glass.
  • Top with matcha mixture and stir gently to combine. Drizzle with more maple or honey if you like.
