Ingredients
  

  • 10-12 puri
  • 2 potatoes medium-sized boiled, diced
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp roasted cumin powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp tamarind chutney
  • 1 cup Chickpeas optional

Instructions
 

  • Here's how to make Churmur:
  • Crush the puri using your hands or a rolling pin.
  • In a large mixing bowl, add the crushed puri, boiled potatoes, red chili powder, roasted cumin powder, and salt. Mix well.
  • Add the tamarind chutney and chickpeas (if using) and mix again.
  • Take a small serving bowl, add a spoonful of the churmur mix, top it with some yogurt and sprinkle sev on top. Serve immediately.
