- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp roasted cumin powder
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp tamarind chutney
- 1 cup Chickpeas optional
Here's how to make Churmur:
Crush the puri using your hands or a rolling pin.
In a large mixing bowl, add the crushed puri, boiled potatoes, red chili powder, roasted cumin powder, and salt. Mix well.
Add the tamarind chutney and chickpeas (if using) and mix again.
Take a small serving bowl, add a spoonful of the churmur mix, top it with some yogurt and sprinkle sev on top. Serve immediately.
