Mango Burfi Recipe

Mango burfi is our favorite Indian mithai in mango season. This Indian mango fudge is made with just 5 ingredients and takes all of 20 minutes to make. Here’s how to make this simple and delicious Mango recipe.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Mango Puree
  • cup Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Ghee
  • ½ cup Milk powder
  • cup Desiccated coconut
  • 1 teaspoon Cardamom powder

Instructions
 

  • To make mango burfi, in a pan add ghee.
  • Now add mango puree, sugar. Cook this mixture for a few minutes till sugar melts completely and mixture starts to thicken.
  • Now add desiccated coconut milk powder, cardamom powder. With a spetula and give it a good mix and cook for another few minutes till the mixture is completely well blended and thick.
  • Now Grease a plate and using a spatula flatten it into a layer.
  • Garnish with chopped pistachio and allow to set and cool down.
  • Cut into desired shape and sizes and enjoy!

Mango Burfi can be stored in the fridge in an airtight container for 3 to 4 days.
