- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice about 1/2 lemon
- 2 tbsp maple syrup pure
- 1 Pinch cayenne pepper about 1/10 tsp
- 10 oz water room temp, cold, or warm
Add lemon juice and maple syrup to a glass.
Pour in water and stir well.
Add cayenne pepper and stir again.
Drink immediately.
- Prefer a lighter drink? Start with 1 tbsp maple syrup and add more only if needed.
- For iced lemonade diet drink: shake in a jar with ice.
