Naturals Style Tender Coconut Icecream

Tender coconut ice cream that tastes just like you get in naturals. If you see regular with your coconut water and don’t know what to do with so much Malai of nariyal this Icecream recipe is perfect to make occasionally.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups tender coconut flesh
  • 100 ml condensed milk
  • 200 ml heavy cream

Instructions
 

  • In a blender blend the flesh of tender coconut to a paste
  • Using an electric whisk whisk heavy cream to a soft peaks consistency.
  • Tip in the condensed milk in heavy cream and mix gently using a spatula in one direction.
  • Add in blended paste of tender coconut
  • Mix and pour the mixture in freezer safe container cover with butter paper
  • Freeze for 5 hours or overnight
  • Serve it as is or topped with caramel and enjoy 🍨
