  • ½ cup dal organic arhar washed socked
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • 1 tomato chopped
  • 1 lemon marbled sized ball of
  • 1 tablespoon jaggery
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 4 - 5 tbsps peanuts shelled raw
  • 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
  • ½ teaspoon methi dana (fenugreek seeds)
  • 2 - 3 red chilli dried
  • 1 green chilli chopped
  • 2 tbsps peanut oil organic
