Blueberry and Banana Smoothie A perfect Healthy Breakfast in Minutes

  • 1 Cup milk Skim
  • ¼ cup Blueberries fresh or frozen
  • small 1 banana
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • ice cubes


  • Wash blueberries thoroughly in the running water.
  • Peel banana and slice it directly in a blender jar.
  • Pour milk in the jar and add honey if you like it bit sweet.
  • Whizz everything together for just 1-2 minutes and serve chilled


I like it that way, the way temperatures are soaring, this is just a perfect breakfast for a lazy cook like me, no sweating in the kitchen and still full of nutrition )
