- 1 tbsp green chilies Finely chopped
- 1 tbsp coriander seeds Crushed
- 3 tbsp coriander fresh chopped
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Red chili powder

- 4 boiled potatoes
- 2 Pizza base No-maida
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 2 tbsp mozzarella cheese
- 1 tbsp Green chutney
- 1 tbsp Tamarind chutney
- 2 tbsp Sev
- 1 tbsp pomegranate
Prepare the Samosa Filling:
Start by peeling the boiled potatoes.
Mash them until smooth and lump-free for a uniform texture.
Lightly crush coriander seeds to release their aroma.
Cook the Samosa Filling:
Heat a tablespoon of ghee in a pan.
Add a teaspoon of cumin seeds and let them crackle.
Stir in the chopped ginger and green chili.
Add chopped coriander, crushed coriander seeds, and a splash of water. Stir well.
Add the mashed potatoes to the pan.
Season the Filling:
Season with salt, red chili powder, and a teaspoon of chaat masala.
Mix everything thoroughly to ensure the flavors are evenly distributed.
Once done, set the filling aside.
Bake the Pizza:
Place the pizza in a preheated oven at 180°C.
Bake for around 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and slightly golden.
Garnish the Pizza:
Once out of the oven, drizzle tamarind chutney for sweetness and green chutney for freshness.
Sprinkle sev on top for a crunchy texture.
Garnish with pomegranate seeds and fresh coriander leaves.
- Don’t overload the toppings: Too many toppings can make the pizza soggy. Keep it balanced with just the right amount of chutneys and sev.
- Use fresh spices: Ensure your spices are fresh for maximum flavor in the stuffing.
- Go easy on the cheese: While cheese is great, too much can overpower the samosa stuffing’s spicy goodness.
- Crisp it up: For a crunchier base, bake the pizza for an additional 1-2 minutes.
