Spicy roast potatoes recipe to make Indian roast potatoes in a pan or oven. I am sharing here a good seasoning for potatoes that is healthy and 100% tasty.

turmeric powder

salt

Pomegranate powder

coriander powder

teaspoon
red chilli powder

tablespoon
roasted and ground flaxseed powder

tablespoon
sesame seeds
Instructions
In a pan heat oil, add salt, turmeric, coriander powder, pomegranate powder, red chilli powder and stir well.
Now add boiled potatoes which are cut into cubes.
Mix gently to coat all the spices on the potatoes.
Cook them until the potatoes are slightly crisp from all the sides.
Now sprinkle ground flaxseed and toasted sesame seeds and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Potatoes are nicely coated with spices and are crispy now.
Enjoy as toast topping, sandwich filling with paratha and curd or just like that as a snack with tea.

Notes
Do not use too starchy potatoes which break very easily after boiling.
Do not over boil potatoes should be firm after boiling.
Add ground flaxseed towards the end for taste and preserving nutrition.
You can add a few drops of lemon and chopped coriander if you like.
