Tandoori Malai Broccoli in Air Fryer 

Malai Broccoli is crispy outside and soft melt in the mouth inside when you make it in Air fryer. It's super convenient, smokey and tastes absolutely incredible. If you have a love-hate relationship with broccoli try this malai broccoli recipe made in the Air Fryer.

Ingredients
  

  • 500 grams broccoli
  • 1/2 cup yogurt strained thick yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp cashew paste
  • 1 teaspoon Lime juice
  • 2 teaspoons ginger garlic paste
  • 1/4 teaspoon white pepper powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin powder
  • 1 tsp white pepper powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt or to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder

Instructions
 

  • Cut broccoli into medium size florets and keep it aside.
  • In a mixing bowl add room temperature thick yogurt, cream and cashew paste and lime juice.
  • I am also adding in 2 teaspoons of ginger garlic paste, lime juice, white pepper, black pepper, cardamom powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, sugar, salt, garam masala and a tablespoon of olive oil.
  • Using a small whisk Mix everything well until it is well combined.
  • Add the broccoli florets into the bowl. Toss these florets until they are all coated well with the marinade.
  • Cover the bowl and keep it aside.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 180C for 3 minutes. Arrange the florets on the basket in a single layer.
  • Now Air fry at 180 degrees C for 7-8 minutes.
  • Since broccoli cooks pretty quickly, After 7-8 minutes tandoori malai broccoli is done and ready to serve.
  • Serve it either with chilli sauce, green sauce or any other favourite sauce of yours and enjoy!
