Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tbsp ginger A small piece
  • 1 licorice root dried
  • 1 tbsp fennel seeds
  • 5 black pepper Whole
  • 5 Mint leaves fresh
  • 2 Holy basil leaves
  • 1 tbsp chamomile dried
  • 1 tsp honey

Instructions
 

  • Boil Water: In a pot, add 2 cups of water, fennel seeds, licorice root, tulsi leaves, spear mint black pepper, and ginger.
  • Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for 5-7 minutes to extract the flavors and nutrients.
  • Steep Tea: Add dried chamomile, cover the pot, and allow the tea to steep for 10-15 minutes off the heat.
  • Strain the tea using a fine mesh strainer and pour it into cups. Add little bit honey(optional) and few drops of lemon juice.
  • If serving to children, dilute with water as needed.
  • Store any extra tea in a covered mason jar in the refrigerator for up to a week. Reheat gently before serving, if needed.
