Ingredients
  

  • 8 cups watermelon seedless, cubed
  • 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 cup honey adjust to taste
  • 4 cups cold water
  • Ice cubes
  • mint leaves lime wedges, or watermelon slices for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, combine watermelon cubes and lime juice. Blend until smooth.
  • Pour the blended mixture through a fine-mesh strainer into a large pitcher to remove any pulp.
  • Add honey or agave syrup to the strained liquid, adjusting the sweetness according to your preference.
  • Stir in the cold water and mix well.
  • Refrigerate the Watermelon Agua Fresca for at least an hour or until chilled.
  • Serve over ice and garnish with mint leaves, lime wedges, or watermelon slices if desired.
