Ingredients
  

  • 15 Blueberries plus extra for garnish.
  • 2 tablespoon Mint Leaves plus a sprig for garnish.
  • 1 Lemon
  • 1 tsp Monk Fruit Sweetener a sugar-free option.
  • 1 cup Sparkling Water or more to taste.
  • Ice Cubes

Instructions
 

  • Slice lemons and add to a tall glass.
  • Add a handful of fresh blueberries and mint leaves.
  • Sprinkle monk fruit sweetener to taste.
  • Muddle the mixture until blueberries are pulpy.
  • Fill the glass with ice cubes.
  • Pour in sparkling water or club soda.
  • Stir well to mix.
  • Garnish with extra mint leaves and blueberries.
  • Optionally, add a lemon wedge for decoration.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
