15 Blueberries plus extra for garnish. 2 tablespoon Mint Leaves plus a sprig for garnish. 1 Lemon 1 tsp Monk Fruit Sweetener a sugar-free option. 1 cup Sparkling Water or more to taste. Ice Cubes
Slice lemons and add to a tall glass.
Add a handful of fresh blueberries and mint leaves.
Sprinkle monk fruit sweetener to taste.
Muddle the mixture until blueberries are pulpy.
Fill the glass with ice cubes.
Pour in sparkling water or club soda.
Stir well to mix.
Garnish with extra mint leaves and blueberries.
