Pillsbury Rainbow Vanilla IdliCakeSandwich

Ingredients

  • 1 pack Pillsbury rainbow vanilla Idli Cake
  • 40 mlOil
  • 50 ml milk
  • 2 tablespoon Tutty Fruity for garnish
  • 1 Pillsbury Choco spread
  • 1 kiwi
  • 1 Apples any fruit of your choice

Instructions

  • Mix Pillsbury Rainbow vanilla cake mix with Milk and oil in a mixing bowl to make a smooth batter.
  • Brush the oil on a idli plate.
  • Spoon out the prepared batter onto the idli plate and fill the Idli steamer with 150ml of water.
  • Place the idli plates in the steamer and cover it with lid.
  • Steam the cake idlies for 8-9 minutes and allow them to stand for 2 minutes before opening the lid.
  • Take them out of the idli plate and serve using any of the suggestions given in above post or enjoy as it is.

Notes

This is excellent snack for kids tiffin as well and keeps well in the tiffin.
