Heat one tablespoon olive oil in a big pan.
Add fresh tomato puree and cook it for 2-3 minutes.
After 2-3 minutes add yellow/red/green bell peppers.
Let them cook for 2-3 minutes and season with salt and add thyme/ rosemary whatever you have.
At this stage add pasta and about 400ml of water to the pan.
Cook it for 6-7 minutes till water is almost absorbed and some liquid is remaining.
Add both types of cheese and red chili flakes to the pot and turn of the heat.
Serve it hot
