Wholewheat and Oatmeal Pancakes With Mango and Orange Kick

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup Oats Quick cooking
  • ½ cup Whole Wheat flour
  • 2 tablespoon Corn flour
  • 150 ml Mango Drink/nectar { I used Real brand }
  • 2 optional Egg whites
  • or 1 tablespoon Flaxseed water meal dissolved in 3 tablespoon of
  • .75 teaspoon Baking powder

Instructions

  • In a grinder jar of your food processor or coffee grinder whizz oats to make them into powder.
  • Take a mixing bowl , mix oats flour and whole wheat flour as well as corn flour.
  • Add egg whites if you are using or otherwise flax meal mixed with water and finally add baking powder and make a thin batter with mango juice.
  • Heat a non stick pan and take a ladle full and pour it over hot pan and let it cook for approximately two minutes each side by flipping.
  • Similarly make 2 more pancakes with remaining batter and serve with marmalade/honey/mapal syrup.
