Radish Stir-fry

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon peanut oil
  • 1 teaspoon mustard seeds black
  • ½ teaspoon Fenugreek seeds
  • ½ teaspoon chili pepper red
  • ½ teaspoon turmeric powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 500 g Radish green leaves along with
  • 1 cup Tomatoes chopped

Instructions

  • Heat oil in a thick bottomed pan, add mustard seeds. When seeds start popping add fenugreek seeds and roast for a minute or so.
  • Add salt, turmeric powder and red chili powder.
  • Add chopped tomatoes, lower the heat and cook till tomatoes become pulpy which will take about 7-8 minutes.
  • Add sliced radishes and chopped radish leaves.
  • Mix well. Cover with a lid and let it cook till radish slices are tender. Serve as side with any meal.
