Heat oil in a thick bottomed pan, add mustard seeds. When seeds start popping add fenugreek seeds and roast for a minute or so.
Add salt, turmeric powder and red chili powder.
Add chopped tomatoes, lower the heat and cook till tomatoes become pulpy which will take about 7-8 minutes.
Add sliced radishes and chopped radish leaves.
Mix well. Cover with a lid and let it cook till radish slices are tender. Serve as side with any meal.
