Chocolate Hazelnut Blueberry Bark:

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar free chocolate chips
  • ½ cup hazelnuts
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Stir in the coconut oil.
  • Melt the chocolate in a double boiler or in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until fully melted.
  • Add toasted hazelnuts and blueberries over the top of the chocolate.
  • Pour the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it into a thin, even layer.
  • Allow the chocolate to set completely, either in the fridge or at room temperature.
  • Once the chocolate has set, break the bark into pieces of your desired size.
  • Enjoy your delicious and easy-to-make chocolate hazelnut blueberry bark!
