- 1 cup sugar free chocolate chips
- ½ cup hazelnuts
- ½ cup blueberries
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
- ⅕ teaspoon salt
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Stir in the coconut oil.
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler or in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until fully melted.
Add toasted hazelnuts and blueberries over the top of the chocolate.
Pour the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it into a thin, even layer.
Allow the chocolate to set completely, either in the fridge or at room temperature.
Once the chocolate has set, break the bark into pieces of your desired size.
