Ingredients

  • 2 avocados ripe, diced
  • 1 cup baby tomatoes halved
  • 1 cucumber diced
  • 2 tablespoon parsley
  • 2 tablespoon mint
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
