Coffee Jelly

Coffee jelly drink is my quick cafe-style treat made with strong coffee set into coffee jelly cubes right in the glass. In this coffee jelly drink recipe, I pour sweet vanilla high-protein milk over the set jelly to create a creamy coffee jelly latte. Then I spoon break the jelly so it disperses through the milk, giving you an iced coffee jelly drink texture that’s fun to sip

Notes

Gelatin gives the bounciest, most drink-friendly texture.
If agar feels too firm, reduce it slightly next time.
