Separate the egg whites and yolk after peeling the eggs.
Chop the egg whites and set it aside.
In another bowl, mash the egg yolks with a tablespoon and add mayonnaise, salt and pepper.
Now, mix the chopped egg whites with the mashed egg yolks to make the egg mixture.
Cut a large chunk of unsliced bread and hollow out some of the inside to create a bowl.
Toast the bread in an air fryer or oven until crispy.
Layer sliced tomatoes in the bottom of the toasted bread bowl.
Then, add the egg mixture into the bread bowl.
Sprinkle chili flakes on top for a spicy kick. Chop up and sprinkle sundried tomatoes over the top.
