Egg Bunny Chow

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Boiled Eggs
  • 100 g bread unsliced
  • 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1/3 tsp Salt
  • 1/3 tsp Pepper
  • 1/3 tsp Chili Flake
  • 2 tbsp Sun Dried Tomatoes in olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Separate the egg whites and yolk after peeling the eggs.
  • Chop the egg whites and set it aside.
  • In another bowl, mash the egg yolks with a tablespoon and add mayonnaise, salt and pepper.
  • Now, mix the chopped egg whites with the mashed egg yolks to make the egg mixture.
  • Cut a large chunk of unsliced bread and hollow out some of the inside to create a bowl.
  • Toast the bread in an air fryer or oven until crispy.
  • Layer sliced tomatoes in the bottom of the toasted bread bowl.
  • Then, add the egg mixture into the bread bowl.
  • Sprinkle chili flakes on top for a spicy kick. Chop up and sprinkle sundried tomatoes over the top.
  • Serve the Egg Bunny Chow immediately for the best texture and flavor.
