Instructions

  • Prepare the Bread Bowl: Cut a large chunk of unsliced bread and hollow out some of the inside to create a bowl. Toast the bread in an air fryer or oven until crispy.
  • Prepare the Egg Mixture: Separate the egg whites and yolk after peeling the eggs. Chop the egg whites and set it aside. In another bowl, mash the egg yolks with a tablespoon and add mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Now, mix the chopped egg whites with the mashed egg yolks to make the egg mixture.

  • Assemble the Dish: Layer sliced tomatoes in the bottom of the toasted bread bowl. Then, add the egg mixture into the bread bowl.
  • Add Toppings: Sprinkle chili flakes on top for a spicy kick. Chop up and sprinkle sundried tomatoes over the top.
  • Serve and Enjoy: Serve the Egg Bunny Chow immediately for the best texture and flavor.
