Instructions

- Prepare the Egg Mixture: Separate the egg whites and yolk after peeling the eggs. Chop the egg whites and set it aside. In another bowl, mash the egg yolks with a tablespoon and add mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Now, mix the chopped egg whites with the mashed egg yolks to make the egg mixture.

- Assemble the Dish: Layer sliced tomatoes in the bottom of the toasted bread bowl. Then, add the egg mixture into the bread bowl.
- Add Toppings: Sprinkle chili flakes on top for a spicy kick. Chop up and sprinkle sundried tomatoes over the top.
- Serve and Enjoy: Serve the Egg Bunny Chow immediately for the best texture and flavor.
