Hi, I’m Rekha Kakkar. I’m a certified nutritionist, recipe developer, and food consultant, and the creator of My Tasty Curry. I’m also, at heart, a planner. I love turning the chaos of “what’s for dinner” into something simple, organized, and repeatable, and that mindset shapes every recipe I share here.
My Tasty Curry is where I help busy home cooks make easy, flavorful, and reliable vegetarian meals for real life.

Why You Can Trust My Recipes
Food has been both my profession and my passion for years. As a certified nutritionist, I care deeply about creating recipes that are not only delicious but also balanced and practical for everyday eating. Earlier in my career, I also worked as an award-winning food photographer, and those years spent up close with food taught me how ingredients behave, how techniques really work, and what makes a recipe succeed in a home kitchen.
Over time, I’ve built a career as a recipe creator and food blogger, and my work has been featured by many big publications . Through all of it, my focus has stayed the same: recipes that real people can make successfully in their own kitchens.
