- ½ Teaspoon Dried Parsley
- ½ Teaspoon Black Pepper
- 2 Tablespoon Butter
Make a hole in the centre of a piece of bread. You can use a ring/cookie cutter to make the hole.
Add butter in a pan and place the bread (cut-side ) on it. Crack an egg on the hole of the bread and cook for about 2 minutes. Keep the heat medium and cook the bread until it is light brown.Add salt to taste.
When the bread is light brown, carefully take it out on a plate.
Now, add some more butter on the same pan and put the other bread slice on it. (This slice is not cut) Add cheese slice and top it with tomatoes. Sprinkle salt, dried parsley and black pepper on the tomatoes.
Carefully put the egg side bread on top of the other bread slice that is full of cheeses and tomatoes. Flip the bread and toast for 2 minutes.
Take it out on a plate and serve the grilled cheese hot.
