Ingredients
  

  • 1 apples cubed
  • 1 banana peeled and sliced
  • 1 muskmelon peeled and cubed
  • 1 cup watermelon peeled and cubed
  • 1 kiwi peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup seedless grapes
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/4 cup pomegranate
  • 1 teaspoon chaat masala
  • 1/2 teaspoon black salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing bowl, add the cubed mangoes, papayas, and pineapple.
  • Add in the sliced kiwis and seedless grapes to the mixing bowl.
  • In a small mixing bowl, mix together the chaat masala, black salt, and cumin powder.
  • Sprinkle the spice mix over the fruits and gently toss everything together.
  • Drizzle the honey and lemon juice over the fruit salad and toss everything again.
  • Chill the fruit salad in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  • Serve the Indian fruit salad in bowls or glasses and garnish with fresh mint leaves or chopped nuts if desired.
