- 1 apples cubed
- 1 banana peeled and sliced
- 1 muskmelon peeled and cubed
- 1 cup watermelon peeled and cubed
- 1 kiwi peeled and sliced
- 1 cup seedless grapes
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/4 cup pomegranate
- 1 teaspoon chaat masala
- 1/2 teaspoon black salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
In a large mixing bowl, add the cubed mangoes, papayas, and pineapple.
Add in the sliced kiwis and seedless grapes to the mixing bowl.
In a small mixing bowl, mix together the chaat masala, black salt, and cumin powder.
Sprinkle the spice mix over the fruits and gently toss everything together.
Drizzle the honey and lemon juice over the fruit salad and toss everything again.
Chill the fruit salad in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
