Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup broccoli
  • 1/4 cup red bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup yellow bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup mushrooms
  • 1 teaspoon green chillies
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • 1 tablespoon green chilli sauce
  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • Salt optional
  • 200 grams shirataki Rice
  • 1/2 Kashmiri Red chilli powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons coriander leaves
  • 1 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons toasted peanuts

Instructions
 

  • Heat sesame oil wok or Kadahi add in chopped ginger, Onion, on high heat for a couple of minutes.
    1 teaspoon ginger, 1 tablespoons sesame oil, 1 teaspoon green chillies
  • Add in chopped red and yellow bell peppers, mushrooms and sauté them
    1/4 cup broccoli, 1/4 cup red bell peppers, 1/4 cup yellow bell peppers, 1/2 cup mushrooms
  • On the side rinse the low carb Shirataki rice with water drain them keep them aside
    200 grams shirataki Rice
  • Add these rice to sautéed vegetables season them well with salt red chilli powder, garlic powder and stir well.
    1/2 Kashmiri Red chilli powder, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, Salt
  • Add the low carb shirataki rice finish with green Chilli sauce, Hot sauce dark soy sauce and toss everything wel
    1 tablespoon green chilli sauce, 1 tablespoon hot sauce, 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • Finish with roasted peanuts, chopped coriander Stir well.
    2 tablespoons toasted peanuts, 2 tablespoons coriander leaves
  • Serve these low cab low calories fried rice in a bowl. For adding protein top with crispy fried egg sprinkled with Chilli powder.
