    moong dal cheela

These Indian pancakes or savoury crepes made with mung dal (split yellow lentils) and basic spices and an option of paneer stuffing Moong dal ka chilla is one of the easiest breakfast recipes. A gluten-free, healthy, Low GI, protein packed vegetarian breakfast option.

These savory crepes are very easy to make if you have the batter ready at home. I usually prep for the breakfast night before and soak moong dal. Sometimes if i have time I grind it and keep the batter ready in the fridge.

So if you have moong dal cheela batter ready in your refrigerator, all you need is few minutes to cook a healthy breakfast for the family.
