Scrambled eggs hacks to jazz up plain scrambled eggs. If you love eggs, probably you also love soft, creamy scrambled eggs too. Breakfast or dinner, scrambled eggs are simple and comforting. A recipe that is so simple that you can make it any time of the day.

    Scrambled masala eggs

Though I love classic scrambled eggs even plain and simple, but here are few ways to jazz up scrambled eggs and make them extra special and delicious. So if these 5 Scrambled Egg Hacks You Haven’t Tried till now (but Should!) It's time to spice up your scrambled egg game and add flavour to the scrambled eggs

    Make them Creamy

To make scrambled eggs creamier, you can add grated paneer. Yes! you read it right adding grated paneer (Indian cottage cheese) makes the scrambled eggs way more creamier and tastier than you could ever imagine. Try it once and Thank me later. You can also try making creamy scrambled eggs by adding ricotta, cream cheese, cream.

Add a Vegetable of your choice

    Scrambled masala eggs

Add a vegetable of your choice. I personally prefer to add either of these as per season and availability.  Corn or spinach are my favourite addition to scrambled eggs. You can use fresh corn or spinach or use frozen. Both of these add a hint of sweetness and extra nutrition to your favourite breakfast. If you are using fresh corn or spinach just saute them a bit before adding eggs in the skillet. And proceed with rest of method as usual.

    Add a touch of spices

As much as I love plain and simple eggs, being an Indian I love my spicy food. Try and add your favorite spice to your egg mixture while whisking before scrambling them, and see the difference yourself.

You can try Indian Masala scrambled eggs, Add Fajita spice mix, peri peri masala or any other of your favorite spice mix to jazz them eggs. Even a splash of soy sauce in place of salt works great. If you try my Bombay Masala eggs with pav Bhaji flavour You will be hooked.

    Fold in Pesto or Chutney

We Indian love or chutneys, unlike West we like our chutneys mostly savoury or spicy. You can add a spoon of simple green chutney or any other chutney if you make it. Or a spoonful of pesto also makes a bold flavour statement. Add any of these while whisking eggs to add full on flavours. Pesto scrambled eggs topped with just a bit of parmesan cheese tastes the best.

Hack to Make Creamy Scrambled Eggs with Out Cream or Cheese

While this may not be a healthier method, but it makes egg creamier. Add ½tsp of corn starch while whisking eggs. The corn starch will make the scrambled eggs extra creamy.

    Serve them differently

    Spicy scrambled Eggs

Tomatoes and eggs make a delicious combination. I always like to top my Indian masala bhurji with chopped cherry tomatoes.

Alternatively you can cut cherry tomatoes and then sautée with a teaspoon of olive oil a pan, until they burst. Season with salt and pepper and top them over usual creamy scrambled eggs for extra burst of tanginess and flavour.
