  • Separation fix: If the yogurt weeps a little, just stir.
  • Fridge: 3 days (covered). For best color and crunch, swirl/drizzle chili oil right before serving.

Yes! labneh makes the dip thicker and tangier. Start with the same quantity and thin with 1–2 tsp water or lemon if needed.

Is this a healthy, high-protein dip?

Yes. Greek yogurt is naturally high in protein and lighter than mayo-based dips. Choose 2% or non-fat to keep calories down.

What’s the difference between chili oil and chili crisp?

Chili oil is mostly infused oil; chili crisp includes crunchy bits (chili, garlic, aromatics) that add texture and flavor.

Too spicy? how do I fix it?

Stir in more yogurt, a squeeze of honey, or a splash of lemon to balance heat.

Can I make it ahead?

Yes, mix the base up to 3 days ahead and add the chili oil/crisp just before serving.
