Stepwise Watermelon Feta Salad Recipe
Place watermelon chunks in a large bowl.
Cut cucumbers into medium-sized chunks and put them in the bowl as well.
Cut Feta cheese into very small cubes. Instead of cubes, you can use crumbled feta cheese. I used feta cheese cubes and also added soft got cheese so more fun 🙂
Add chopped mint leaves.
For making dressing squeeze lemon juice, add olive oil, honey, minced basil, sea salt, black pepper and whisk them well.
Pour honey lemon basil salad dressing over watermelon feta cucumber mint and give them a light tossing.
Serve it chilled immediately.
Pro Tip: Always season your salads nicely because less seasoning can make them taste bland and not so desirable. For making best watermelon salad with Feta use best quality feta… to make it Amazing. Do not use Pre crumbled Feta as far as possible.
The saltiness of feta brings out the sweet taste of watermelon, it actually brightens up the watermelon.
