Lassi is a traditional yogurt-based drink enjoyed across the Indian subcontinent. There’s the classic sweet lassi, typically sweetened with sugar, and the salty lassi, made by blending yogurt, salt, and spices.

For a lighter, dairy-free twist on a mango drink, blend up this creamy mango smoothie instead.
