    Our country is a beautiful blend of a culture where people enjoy different varieties of food. Where some people enjoy gravy cooked with onion others like to eat no onion no garlic curry recipes. Whether you regularly eat sabzi without onion and garlic or cooking them especially for the festivals. This easy recipe list will be your guide for delicious Indian Veg recipes without onion and garlic.

    Often times I like to make recipes without onion and garlic because they simply taste amazing. They have an aromatic taste which you can enjoy with rice or chapatis. I have shared my favorite no onion no garlic paneer recipes in this list too. The best thing about this list is that all these recipes can be made with onion and garlic too.

    I usually experiment a lot and like to make paneer, gobi (cauliflower), baingan sabji during Saavan. You can also make stuffed parathas too. Stuffed parathas, Chilas are few breakfast varieties no onion no garlic recipes that you can make in less than 30 minutes.
