- 4 slices Sourdough bread
- 2 slice Emmental cheese
- 10 grams Parmesan cheese

- Shave some parmesan or gruyere cheese.
- On one slice of sourdough bread, add a layer of the caramelized onions, place a slice of any melty cheese.
- then a layer of sautéed mushrooms, some mixed herbs and pepper for extra flavour. and top with shaved Gruyère or parmesan. Cover with another slice of buttered bread.
- Preheat your skillet over medium heat.
